Obit Laureate -- Fantastic!
The Morning News (online magazine) has recent obituaries — a gong striker, a burger matriarch, a bagpipe virtuoso— transformed into light verse. See this link
The Morning News poetic obits has inspired me to come up with a post-mortem verse. Here goes:
Bruno Kirby, 57; Prolific actor
There was a fine actor named Bruno, who appeared in more movies than you know. Of all the rest Among the best: "Godfather II" and "Donnie Brasco."
In comedies he played the best pallie, A role that seemed right up his alley -- Like the buddy to Harry, Who matched up with Carrie In the classic "When Harry Met Sally."
Way cool, Amy! How do you find these things?
